Alta3 was founded in 2022 by Dr. Julia Roelofsen, Karl Michael Schölz and Volker Häckh. All three founders are long-standing managers of large organizations and successful coaches. They combine a lively enthusiasm for a vision of an inspiring and responsible development of a creative, humane and sustainable culture in companies and society.

Our name says it all: we are convinced that every individual in the company can achieve a lot - however, a healthy community of people built on cooperation and mutual trust can always achieve more than the sum of its individual members. Every company is defined by its employees and the economic success is also significantly influenced by the culture among themselves.
